Information used to fulfil your order

We collect the contact, billing and shipping details you provide, order contents, and business names and destination links needed to configure NFC items. If you contact us, we also receive the information in your message. Please do not send account passwords or other information we do not need.

How we use and share information

We use this information to process orders, configure products, arrange delivery, provide support and meet recordkeeping obligations. Our service providers include website hosting, WooCommerce, payment processing through WooPayments when enabled, business email and Australia Post. They receive information needed to deliver their services. Some providers may process information outside Australia.

Your chosen business destination link is written to the NFC chip and, where included, the QR code. Anyone who taps or scans the item can access that link. Use a public business destination, not a private or confidential URL.

Payments and cookies

Payment details are handled by the payment provider through checkout. We do not need your full card number by email. WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and similar technical information to support login, cart sessions, security and checkout. Hosting and security systems may log IP addresses and technical request data.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for order support and applicable business recordkeeping requirements. You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where retention is not required. We take reasonable steps to protect information but no online system is completely risk-free.

External platforms

Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when a customer opens your configured destination.
