Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases from Madexify Tap, ABN 47 958 840 069, based in Pakenham, Victoria, Australia. Contact: sales@madexify.com.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges appear at checkout. Each product includes the physical item and initial NFC setup and, on QR products, setup of your separately supplied printed QR link. There is no recurring Madexify Tap subscription for these products.

Your configuration details

You are responsible for supplying an accurate business name and an appropriate public review or social profile link that you are authorised to use. We may contact you if details are missing or unclear. Dispatch timing starts after payment and receipt of complete setup details. Add items separately when different destinations are needed.

We program the NFC destination you provide before dispatch and leave the chip rewritable. You can change it later with NFC Tools on a compatible phone. Follow our NFC setup guide or email sales@madexify.com for help.

For products with a printed QR code, enter a separate QR destination when ordering. It may match the NFC link or use a different public link. The QR is fixed after printing and can be scanned repeatedly; rewriting NFC does not change it.

Compatibility and third-party platforms

NFC requires a compatible NFC-enabled phone and may require the screen to be unlocked or NFC to be enabled. QR scanning is available only on products that include a QR code. A tap or scan opens a link; it does not automatically submit a review, guarantee a rating, follow an account or guarantee business results. Platform sign-in and internet access may be required.

Google and social platforms control their own services, policies and availability. Madexify Tap is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with those platforms. Invite honest feedback and follow the platform rules.

Delivery and returns

Our shipping policy and returns policy explain delivery charges, dispatch and remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
