We ship within Australia using Australia Post. Orders dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment and receipt of complete business setup details. Transit time is additional and depends on your destination and the service selected.

Prices include GST. The free-shipping threshold uses the product total including GST after discounts, excluding delivery. Express Post is a A$10 upgrade to the applicable standard delivery charge.
Express delivery
Express Post changes the postal service, not the 2–3 business day configuration and dispatch period. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Australia Post delivery estimates and network conditions apply.
Addresses and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address before ordering. Contact sales@madexify.com promptly if you need a correction or an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. We will help investigate and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
