We program the NFC destination you provide before dispatch and leave the chip rewritable. You can change it later with NFC Tools on a compatible phone. Follow our NFC setup guide or email sales@madexify.com for help.

Compatibility

NFC requires a compatible NFC-enabled phone. Customers may need to unlock their phone and tap the on-screen link. This design uses NFC; a printed QR code is not included. Platform sign-in may be required. Tapping does not automatically submit a review or follow an account.

Dispatch within 2 to 3 business days after payment and receipt of complete setup details. Product images are illustrative renders; actual print details may vary. Any QR codes shown are samples; your configured link will be specific to your business.

Will it work on your customers' phones?

Placement ideas

Add a tap point to a suitable clean, smooth surface near your checkout or reception. The blue-and-white tile connects customers to your Google review page. Test the NFC response in its intended position before attaching it; metal surfaces can interfere with NFC.

Where to put a review stand so people use it

Questions

Do I have to set it up myself?

We program the NFC link you enter on the product page before dispatch. For QR models, enter the printed QR destination separately; it can match NFC or use a different link. Check both destinations before ordering.

What if a customer's phone will not tap?

Choose an NFC + QR model if you also need a printed scan option; NFC-only products do not include a QR code. Reading and writing support depends on your phone. See our NFC setup guide for compatible apps and steps.

Can I change the link later?

Yes. We leave the NFC chip rewritable. Use NFC Tools on a compatible iPhone or Android phone, or email sales@madexify.com for help. A printed QR code can be scanned repeatedly, but its encoded link cannot be rewritten. Changing NFC does not change the QR code.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are configured and dispatched from Pakenham, Victoria. Standard shipping is free over A$50, and Express Post is free over A$500. Full detail is on the Shipping page.

  • Australia Post standard shipping is free over A$50. Express Post is A$10 more than standard, and free over A$500.
  • Configured items are not returnable for change of mind once configuration has started. Your Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty or incorrect items are unaffected.
